Project description: As a result of the project, the proportion of plastic used in the packaging of ready meals produced by Foodbox Kft will be significantly reduced. The entire packaging process of the company will be automated, enabling a substantial increase in production capacity and allowing for the launch of two-shift production. Following the development, a significant portion of the product packaging will be made from 100% biodegradable paper instead of plastic, greatly reducing the amount of plastic waste generated. The outer packaging, which does not come into contact with food, will also be replaced with biodegradable paper instead of plastic.
